I fell in love with San Juan  Island  when I visited several years ago. I  chose San Juan to visit because I was determined to find an island on the west coast that was every bit as charming as Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.  I was pleasantly surprised.  On my bucket list - visiting the other islands off the coast of Washington.  I'll post pictures and travel guides when I do!
